Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor in their field, looking for a Junior Product Manager join their team based in Bradford.

The successful candidate must be a proactive and dynamic individual with a desire to learn new skills.

The role

  • Effectively communicating with other teams to build positive working
  • Communicating customer requirements.
  • Ensuring expected service standards are
  • Keeping internal systems updated with new product information.
  • Providing up to date information and progress on specific tasks, updating and adhering to critical
  • Accurately maintaining all relevant customer accounts.
  • Effectively managing customer accounts.
  • Ensuring that all orders are processed and dispatched according to customer requirements.
  • Ensuring that customer queries, collections and reports are completed as
  • Always ensuring a high standard of communication & Customer Service.
  • Coordinating the ordering of product samples.
  • Coordinating the preparation of presentations.
  • Coordinating the administration of range reviews, existing products and implementation of new
  • Stock Code Creation.
  • Ensuring accurate product information is
  • Liaising with the design team to ensure packaging instructions are in accordance with customer requirements.
  • To upload products onto customer-based systems as needed and complete all customer information and product

About you

  • Confident and able to speak with clients and suppliers.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organisation skills and great attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask.

This is a full- time, permanent role and is fully office-based.
