The role of Junior Product Support Executive is varied and will require a proactive and enthusiastic approach, reliability and someone who is keen to develop and learn, which will be closely supported by the team around you.
This entry-level position involves a blend of hands-on tasks and collaboration with the Product Support team to ensure seamless customer service and product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Picking and packing spare parts orders: Perform the primary responsibility of picking and packing spare parts orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.
* Managing incoming emails: Address and respond to incoming emails related to spare parts orders, providing prompt and professional communication to customers and internal teams.
* Quality control checks: Conduct basic quality control checks on incoming products to ensure they meet company standards before distribution.
* Preparation for trade and consumer shows: Assist in the preparation and packing for trade and consumer shows held throughout the year, contributing to the organisation and success of these events.
* Stocktaking activities: Collaborate with the Product Support team during stocktaking activities to maintain accurate inventory records and identify discrepancies.
* Workspace organisation: Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety standards while fostering a productive environment.
* Customer service collaboration: Work closely with the customer service team to answer product questions or queries, ensuring a smooth process for getting customers the help they need.
* All-round product support: Provide general product support across various functions, assisting team members and contributing to continuous improvement in operations.

* Hours of work - Monday -Thursday 8am -5pm and Friday 8am-4pm
