Junior Recruitment Consultant

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in recruitment and make a significant impact in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

�Your role will be varied, and duties will include:

• Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of roles across different sectors.


• Email and telephone marketing campaigns.


• Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates.


• Conducting interviews and providing candidates with feedback.


• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including writing job advertisements, short listing candidates, and arranging interviews.


• Assisting senior consultants with business development and client engagement.


• Providing an excellent level of service and candidate care.

�We look for individuals that have:

• �Previous experience in a sales role of any shape or form (telesales, field sales, retail sales)


• Confident communication and interpersonal skills.


• A proactive, can-do attitude with a desire to learn and develop within the recruitment field.


• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.


• A passion for building relationships.


• A strong work ethic and drive to meet targets and exceed expectations.


• Driving licence and own car.
