Role Description
Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services
Sustaining solid relationships with existing key customers to encourage repeat business
Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
Assisting Key Account Managers with admin tasks and updating the system
Accurately recording details of customers' purchase orders
Maintaining and updating the in-house software with customer information
Creating and presenting detailed sales reports to the Sales team
Qualifications
Prior experience in a sales support or administrative support role in the food industry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
1-2 years experience in sales
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred (but not required)
