An award-winning business within the fenestration industry, providing high quality window products through two brands (Window Widgets and The Residence Collection), supporting the industry with innovative product solutions for the manufacture and installation of windows.Window Widgets has a track record of success, and we are looking for enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join us on our journey.What is the job?This role would see you as Junior Sales Executive for The Residence Collection, our award-winning range of luxury timber alternative windows and doors made with maintenance-free material, exclusive furniture and with A++ energy ratings. The successful candidate must live in the geographical area, covering and travelling to customers throughout South East England. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, you will have responsibility for promoting the brand, its products and services through professional sales strategies, supporting our existing customer base of installers, as well as potential customers such as home owners, architects and specifiers within the building industry, offering an exceptional level of customer service and support. Key tasks will includeWork to achieve the targets and KPIs set for your area Work in partnership with wider sales team and directors to develop efficient and effective sales strategies Develop key relationships with accounts and their customers Monitor and manage leads, using CRM and lead generation software and working closely with the Marketing teamAssist customers with any marketing requirements Auditing existing installers to ensure they are complying with Installer Agreement to ensure they know how to sell The Residence Collection to consumers on brandAct in alignment to the culture, products, brand and target market of the business Monitor costs and work within budgets Change displays/literature to promote new product launches or marketing developments Work closely with wider team to identify key opportunities Producing monthly progress reportsCollecting customer feedback and market research Keeping up to date with products and competitors Product training to installersResolve or direct customer enquiries efficiently to maintain an exceptional level of customer service Maintain a good working knowledge of the business’ product portfolio Collaborate on key projects as required Some previous sales experience is required, perhaps gained as part of an internal sales role and full product training will be given. It goes without saying that your communication skills (both verbal and written) will be critical to your success, as will a good eye for detail and a creative approach to your role.You must be comfortable in a fast paced and demanding business and be able to multi-task and work under pressure to meet sales targets and other KPIs. You must also be digitally competent to use both PC and App based software as tools to support you in your role.
