Junior Sales/Lettings Negotiator

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career within the property industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with all aspects including of the business
* Assist with appointments and viewings
* Keep up to date with current market trends, property values.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers.
* Assist with the negotiation process between buyers and sellers, or landlords and tenants, to secure the best possible outcomes.
* Work closely with the sales and lettings teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
* A passion for property and a desire to build a career in the industry.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
* A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is required.
* Previous experience in sales or lettings is preferred but not essential.
Desirable:
* Knowledge of the local property market.
* Experience with property management CRM systems.
