Job DescriptionCyber Security Junior Architect |Junior Security Architect | Public Sector | SIEM | CISSP | NIST/CAF/MITRE ATT&CK.A long-standing client has engaged SR2 to support a government department on a large Public Sector project specializing within the Cyber Security Architecture department. Due to the nature of the work an SC Clearance at a minimum and ideally NPPV3 clearance will be required.This consultancy operates across both the public and private sector and are currently scaling a project with a central gov department. In this position, you'll be a part of a fantastic team that is being scaled in line with a Public Sector organisation.Due to the nature of the work, we require in-date and active SC at a minimum and ideally, NPPV3 clearance which will be massively beneficial.This role would be 99% fully remote, with a required 1 or 2 days a week working from one of there offices.Essential Skills / Experience· Experience of designing security architecture.· Experience of popular industry frameworks (e.g., NIST/CAF/MITRE ATT&CK).· Experience of security best practices.· Some experience and knowledge of SIEM, EDR, Cloud, IDR and other common security ‘detect’ and ‘respond’ technologies.· some experience presenting and communicating security capabilities and use cases using engaging techniques.·The willingness to learn and be taught the security practices from a lead Security Architect.This opportunity has great career progression, so if you are keen, want to learn and progress your career within Cyber Security.
