We aim to help these organizations unlock significant business value by leveraging Generative AI at scale, ensuring they stay at the forefront of technological advancement and maintain a competitive edge in their respective markets /p p strong We are seeking Junior Server Operation Engineer ( JSOE ) /strong /p p strong Description: /strong /p p • Responsible for planning the server or rack, arranging the server mounting or rack installation, /p p and following up the installation of the server operating system /p p • Responsible for the daily maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and follow-up break-fix of the /p p server and other hardware /p p • Maintain data on internal systems including Asset Management, Ticketing, & rack elevations /p p • Work with remote vendors to solve hardware failures or issues /p p • Oncall on duty, responsible for dealing with the issues raised by the business owner side /p p • Collect and check online asset data /p p • Submit and track the part RMA or media destruction process /p p • Server network troubleshooting /p p • Server lifecycle management /p p • Other server operation related work /p p • Tidy and escalate problems to senior SOE /p p strong Requirements of Services: /strong /p p • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer science, Electrical engineering or any other relevant /p p fields /p p • Strong ability to work under pressure; Strong learning ability, broad technical interest; Strong /p p sense of responsibility, full of enthusiasm for work /p p • Good communication skills in English, good team work spirit; Has ability to work independently /p p • Knowledge of the interdependencies of server functions and technologies /p p • Can understand and run simple Shell/Bash scripts /p p • Familiar with Linux system, able to locate hardware faults; Strong analytical and problem solving /p p skills /p p • Basic network knowledge concepts - MAC, Subnet, TCP/IP; Ability to perform general /p p troubleshooting /p p • Knowledge of out-of-band/lights-out server communication methods, such as IPMI /p p strong Work duration and start date: /strong /p p Starting ASAP, 12 month with renewal /p p strong Language/Locales: /strong /p p strong English (Mandarin is a plus) /strong /p p If interested, please send your updated resume to ##### /p
