Junior Solar Project Engineer - Dorset/Somerset Stayaways - 30k basic + training

Alecto Recruitment are proud to be working with a market leader with extensive experience in all things solar & renewables.

They're currently looking to expand their Solar project installations team with an exciting full time permanent employment opportunity for an aspiring solar electrician to work under their project engineer and learn.

The Role:

• Up to �30,000 + Van & fuel card, stayawy expenses covered, daily meal allowance, 20 days holiday + bank holidays
• Working on solar plants and utility-scale solar projects
• Working away in Dorset/Somerset Monday-Friday every week
• Accommodation and meal costs paid for the duration of the stays
• Completing project installation works including replacing electrical components, terminations, running heavy cabling, etc...

Requirements:

• 3+ years of electrical experience, ideally within the commercial/industrial sectors
• 18th edition qualified
• Knowledge and experience in electrical testing is ideal
• Experience within solar is a bonus
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Happy to travel and stay away every week
