My client, the owner of 2 award winning gastro pubs in the heart of the Cotswolds, require a CDP and Junior Sous to join their kitchen teams.
Both pubs are led by a talented Executive Head Chef to produce seasonal menus which make the most of the wonderful produce found in The Cotswolds.
The roles offer:- Excellent rates of pay

I have a wide range of roles of available, including Junior Sous Chef up to £34,000 per annum and Chef de Partie roles between £27,000 and £32,000. Both roles have additional 4k per annum in tips and services charge.
