Pure Permanent Recruitment are seeking an experienced and dedicated Junior Sous Chef for a prestigious client based in Leicestershire.
This is a full time, permanent position requiring the successful candidate to work 39 hours per week.
This role is open to candidates who reside locally in the Melton area of Leicestershire or have access to their own transport.
Working hours: Shift rota basis between the hours of 6am - 22:00pm (including week ends). Our client cares about your life outside of the kitchen and a 39 hour week really is a 39 hour week - there are absolutely no split shifts. Our client is an award-winning business that delivers exceptional cuisine to roughly 200 guests per day so the ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for food!
You will work alongside the Executive Head Chef and Head Chef to create menu items, recipes and develop dishes.
