Who we are:
20 Stories has become an integral part of the city of Manchester's restaurant scene. Locally known as 'The restaurant in the sky', it has become well known for not only its jaw- dropping 360-degree views but its fantastic menus, beautiful design and for one of the liveliest bars in town. The menu represents its location by showcasing the best of the Northwest, with an aim to source ingredients no more than 50 miles from outside Manchester. A bit about what you will be doing:

Where are looking for a talented Junior Sous chef with experience in high volume fine dining restaurants, with an understanding of Modern British cuisine.
As a Junior Sous Chef at our esteemed restaurant, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the culinary excellence we are known for. Your duties will encompass a range of responsibilities, including working closely with the Executive Chef to bring your expertise in Modern British food to create dishes that reflect authenticity, innovation and seasonality.
Your leadership will shine as you supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring impeccable cooking techniques and adherence to strict quality standards. Additionally, you will assist in inventory management, cost control, and ordering, contributing to the restaurant's financial success.

Your creative flair, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of Modern British flavours will inspire our chef team and elevate the dining experience for our guests.
