We're looking for passionate people to join our fantastic kitchen team as a Junior Sous Chef
The White Hart, Lewes in East Sussex just 20 minutes from Brighton. Our 3rd Pub with Rooms will open in the town centre in a beautiful historic property, steeped in history and lovingly restored. The Inn will offer 40 Bar and 140 Dining covers with an enclosed dining terrace for 60 offering stunning views of the South Downs, and 23 beautiful rooms.

Desire to cook with fresh and seasonal ingredients to produce fabulous dishes
Able or willing to learn classical French cooking techniques
To be a real team player it is essential that you are flexible
Have great attention to detail and impeccable standards across the kitchen
Eager to develop themselves and their dishes with guidance from our Chefs

Heartwood Collection has 14 Brasserie Blancs, 24 Pubs including sites with rooms and more coming! We aim to grow to 61 sites by#####7 and include pubs with rooms. This could add up to 500 bedrooms to The Collection in the next 4 years.
