Junior Sous Chef

Junior sous chef required in Tonbridge for a fresh food kitchen. This kitchen creates a range of well-presented dishes. They create a range of dishes in different seasons, a lot of the dishes are more rustic in style. Junior sous chef upto �40k.�
The role

We are looking for a chef at junior sous chef level to support the head chef in the running of the kitchen. you will create the various plates, ensure the prep is done and help to coordinate the kitchen. This role will include all the normal junior sous chef duties/.�
Experience

we are looking for a junior sous chef from a fresh food background and able to work with a range of rustic-style dishes. you will have good knife skills.
