Junior sous chef required in Tonbridge for a fresh food kitchen. This kitchen creates a range of well-presented dishes, with the menus changing on a monthly basis. They create a range of dishes in different seasons, a lot of the dishes are of a fine dining standard. Junior sous chef upto £40k.
The role
We are looking for a chef at junior sous chef level to support the head chef in the running of the kitchen. you will create the various plates, ensure the prep is done and help to coordinate the kitchen. The menus change monthly and are of a fine dining standard This role will include all the normal junior sous chef duties/.
Experience
we are looking for a junior sous chef from a fresh food background and able to work with a range of well presented dishes. you will have good knife skills.
