Junior Sous Chef for Bebe Bob
Bébé Bob, born out of love for rotisserie chicken, caviar, fine wine and champagne. A sibling to Bob Bob Ricard, located on Golden Square, is looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our highly professional and energetic back-of-house team. Role
We are looking to appoint a talented, passionate and well-organised Junior Sous Chef. The right candidate will be an inspirational chef as well as a capable manager. He or she will work with the Head Chef, Mikolaj Nelder to evolve and perfect our menu, cooking and presentation.
Candidate
A talented cook with great attention to detail and a passion for cooking.
A team player, keen to work with the Head Chef and on a shared vision for Bebe Bob, where every element is meticulously designed and considered.
Capable of managing a team in a systematic, structured and organised fashion, always happy to coach, train and mentor.
Commercially aware and financially astute, involved in delivering healthy margins and payroll costs.
Comfortable with high-quality yet fast-paced kitchen operation.
Good at delegating and overseeing a team to deliver consistent quality.
Assisting in managing all due diligence, Health and Safety and Food Hygiene.
Remuneration
Compensation will be geared to the particular candidate based on their seniority. The package will include minimum of £29,000 basic salary, participation in company tronc scheme as well as all the statutory benefits.
