What Were Looking For:
Proven experience supporting kitchen operations, ideally with exposure to Mediterranean or Israeli-inspired cuisine.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to assist in managing and motivating a kitchen team, ensuring consistency and quality.
Passion for creating flavourful, health-conscious dishes that delight guests.
Your Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to lead and inspire the kitchen team.
Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Assist in training and developing kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive environment.
Uphold our commitment to fresh, vibrant, and health-conscious cooking practices.
