Committed to upholding our high standards while contributing your own flair to the menu.
Passionate about sustainability and local sourcing.
Junior Sous requirements: Assisting in menu development and creating dishes that excite and delight.
Supervising the kitchen team in the Head Chefs absence.
Ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standard in line with our ethos.
Working with the freshest ingredients, including those sourced from our own Green House and local suppliers.
