This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced Junior Online Stylist to join the styling team at Fenwick. You will play a pivotal role in the day to day running of our new in-house studio. As our Junior Stylist you will have knowledge of women s and men s luxury fashion, produce inspiring and innovative styling content that inspires our customer and accurately depicts the Fenwick tone of voice. So, more about our Junior Stylist role Reporting to the Styling Manager you will ensure timely product launches, of both womenswear and menswear product, styled in accordance with Fenwick guidelines over still life and live model. Ensure all daily shoot/styling preparation is of the highest standard. Be confident in driving and collaborating with the on-set team to deliver all online product imagery that accurately depicts the clothing and accessories. Meet all daily shoot targets and be measured both on volumes and content accuracy and quality. Co-ordinate re-shoots where required. Attend styling meetings, designer training sessions and complete seasonal styling projects to maintain quality of images on site. Learn on set standards and styling techniques. Communicate workflow statuses and concerns to Team Leader. Maintain a good balance of targets and creative flair. About the Candidate We are looking for someone who is passionate about luxury online styling. Who can work in a small studio team with precision, creativity and trend awareness coupled with strong organisational skills. They will thrive in being in a fast thinking and growing department that is looking to develop Fenwick s Digital landscape. Experience in luxury fashion and still life styling. On model experience is essential. Good understanding of eCommerce photography requirements and experience in an E-commerce studio. Be fashion and designer literate, with an understanding of all designers, brands and seasonal trends. A real sense of runway looks and what trends are happening each season. Flair and individuality combined with awareness of the Fenwick tone of voice. Eye for visual composition, proportion and detail. Proven ability to work to stringent deadlines, with exceptional eye. Pro-active and able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve the image quality of the site.
