Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, to join our Recruitment team. You will support the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent teamwith recruitment needs across client accounts, sourcing and networking to build talent pipelines to fill client requirements. This role is suited to those with some experience in Recruitment/HR, or those wishing to transition to or start in this area. Responsibilities While the scope of each project may be different, your duties & responsibilities may include: Source candidates through a range of resources, including direct and passive, building relationships and creating a pipeline of qualified individuals for current and future job openings. Screen, interview and assess candidates to ensure they are meeting the job requirements as well as the cultural company fit Matching talent pool candidates to suitable live roles as they come through Creating and placing advertisements for vacant positions Monitor and maintain live roles on the Recruitment Applicant Tracking System Deliver other requests as required on an ad hoc basis. Coordinate and organise interviews Working across key accounts prioritising client needs to deliver on requirements in line with client and company SLAs.
