Your work will be pivotal in liaising across global teams, with a primary focus on Australia and expanding into the EU market.Key Responsibilities:Market Understanding: Collaborate with the UK and EU teams to understand and adapt to market requirementsTechnical Workflows: Build and manage technical workflows using a specialised process automation toolProduct Development: Potentially expand into developing the application for EU market needs, including product ownership and assisting the Australian product team.Integration & Development: Utilise your skills to integrate via API, write bespoke code or algorithms, and tailor solutions to meet market client needs.Pre-Sales Support: Demonstrate the flexibility of our tools through pre-sales presentations and integration with the application.Client Implementation: Support clients through the entire project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration, and training.Market Analysis: Conduct analysis to ensure solutions meet client scenarios and fit within the EU market.What We’re Looking For:Experience: Proven track record in implementing/managing change, solving complex problems, and experience in a Business Analysis/Implementation Consultant role or a related Software Development environment.Skills: Strong technical skills in data extraction, manipulation, and programming or scripting (e.g., SQL, Python).Communication: Excellent writing and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Analytical Mindset: Ability to perform in-depth market analysis and adapt solutions to meet evolving market needs.This will really is a top tier opportunity with an incredible client who are a global market leader in their exciting specialist domain!
