Junior Tooling Engineer

We are looking for Junior Tooling Engineer to join my key client on the South Coast. The ideal candidate will be someone with 1 to 2 years` experience in a Tooling environment such as a junior/ apprentice Toolmaker and Tool Designer.

*Hybrid after probation*

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the go between the Design and Toolmaking departments to make changes to NPI tooling projects for customers
• Work with the Design team to ensure the tool can be created and work with them to make any improvements and changes
• Collate changes and improvements and feedback to the Toolmakers
• Occasional travel to Toolmakers abroad to ensure they are made correctly

Key Attributes:

• 1 to 2 years` + experience in a Tooling environment - could suit an apprentice or even someone with more experience
• Strong communication skills to liaise with other departments
• Ability to use and read 3D CAD software
