About The Client:

We are recruiting for a Junior Video & Image Editor to join our client's thriving e-commerce company based in Manchester. Their passion lies in creating premium experiences that reflect the quality of the products they sell. As they continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Junior Video/Image Editor to join their creative team.

Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other editing software (e.g., Davinci Resolve)
• A strong portfolio showcasing your video and image editing skills.
• An eye for detail and a passion for luxury aesthetics.
• Basic understanding of photography and videography principles.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A degree or relevant qualification in media, design, or a related field is preferred but not essential.

The Role:

As a Junior Video/Image Editor Assistant, you will play a crucial role in bringing luxury products to life through high-quality visuals. Working closely with the content and marketing teams, you will assist in producing captivating videos and images for their website, social media channels, and advertising campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about visual storytelling and luxury branding.

This role is full-time onsite in the Manchester office - you must be willing and able to commute regularly.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and retouch images to meet brand standards.
• Assist in creating engaging video content, including product showcases, social media reels, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the creative team to maintain a consistent visual style.
• Organize and manage digital assets in the company's media library.
• Stay updated on current trends in video and image editing, especially in the luxury market.
• Support photoshoots and video production sessions as needed.
• Adapt content for various platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Ensure videos are optimized for platform-specific algorithms and audience engagement.
