A client of ours in the Coggeshall (Little Tey) area are recruiting a Key Account Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm and paying �26,000 - �28,000 per annum depending on experience.
Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager, your key duties include but are not limited to:
- Answer incoming calls to the Sales Office
- Calling existing customers, upselling and cross-selling products.
- Manage our online sales through Shopify and Ebay
- Progress Sales orders, answering stock enquiries, delivery queries and issue resolution
- Ensuring sufficient stock available to fulfil orders.
- Arranging haulage
- Report handling for any shortages, unexpected delays or lead-time issues.
- Ensure Customer Complaints and issues are investigated and resolved satisfactorily
- Support the Regional Sales Directors in the planning and management of Key Accounts
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Key Account Administrator position:
- Experience within a similar Key Account or Sales role.
- CRM and Excel knowledge
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience of dealing with buying groups or national accounts would be advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within the Construction or Merchant industry desirable.
