A client of ours in the Coggeshall (Little Tey) area are recruiting a Key Account Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm and paying �26,000 - �28,000 per annum depending on experience.
Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager, your key duties include but are not limited to:

  • Answer incoming calls to the Sales Office
  • Calling existing customers, upselling and cross-selling products.
  • Manage our online sales through Shopify and Ebay
  • Progress Sales orders, answering stock enquiries, delivery queries and issue resolution
  • Ensuring sufficient stock available to fulfil orders.
  • Arranging haulage
  • Report handling for any shortages, unexpected delays or lead-time issues.
  • Ensure Customer Complaints and issues are investigated and resolved satisfactorily
  • Support the Regional Sales Directors in the planning and management of Key Accounts


Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Key Account Administrator position:

  • Experience within a similar Key Account or Sales role.
  • CRM and Excel knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience of dealing with buying groups or national accounts would be advantageous.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience within the Construction or Merchant industry desirable.
