With the development of new and innovative products and a super talented team, this brand is in the top three of luxury beauty brands globally.Opportunity:Due to double digit growth, we are looking for an ambitious Key Account Director to support the growth of Sephora primarily.This role is all about autonomy. You will rule your own empire and control your destiny. In charge of the entire account portfolio you will be responsible for leading the go-to-market strategy, pricing, brand execution and you will manage the full P&L.These guys move so fast so be prepared to get up to speed quickly and work closely in one of the most incredible beauty brands!You:We are looking for a high calibre, ambitious, luxury beauty professional who is looking to join a business that is truly shaping the market and the category. Someone who is highly driven with at least five fiscal years spent time in a premium beauty brand in a high-growth challenger environment.P&L and JBP ownership experienceExperience of managing Sephora at a European level is essential.Strong commercial awareness, acumen and negotiation skillsStructured and analytical, comfortable working with dataMemorable, positive, professional and enthusiastic presenceYou forecast accurately and have a strong attention to detail, as well as finely tuned human sensitivity – you are great at reading people and situationsFluent French and English required, another EU language is a bonus.
