Our client, who are one of the world's leading home improvement & stationery manufacturers, are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Key Account Manager to manage and expand the key customer accounts. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with diverse and innovative professionals to deliver exceptional solutions and achieve long-term success. If you have a knack for identifying customer needs, crafting compelling value propositions, and driving mutual satisfaction, we want to hear from you!Your responsibilities will include;Maintaining and growing long-term customer relationships by understanding and fulfilling their requirementsSupporting the Sales team with customer requestsidentify needs, articulate compelling value propositions, and meet customer requirements to promote solutions.Grow the Home Improvement & Distribution accounts to achieve long-term sustainable success.Ensure customer is compliant with agreed terms; where these are breached seek a resolution and monitor implementation.Monitor Turnover & Business Building Terms targets for specific categoryDelivery of required admin for the customer - supporting on pricing, rebates, NLF, promo proposals, terms, contractsWork closely with all internal stake holders.Build strong and sustainable customer relationships.QualificationsDegree-caliber applicant1-3 years of national account management experienceCustomer-focused with the ability to manage customer communication to deliver operational excellenceExperience in handling customersCurrent, valid driver's licenseProblem-solvingBusiness development mindsetExceptional communication skills (local, regional, central functions) and the ability to work across functions towards a shared goal**You must have access to your own vehicle with a valid drivers licence**ECS Resource Group are an Equal Opportunity Employer, for more information please click the following link:JBRP1_UKTJ
