As the Key Account Executive you will play a pivotal role in managing existing business to make sure they are happy with the service and up sell any extra services as and when necessary.
Main Responsibilities
- Maximise sales of current services within existing business.
- Achieve quarterly and annual targets
- Assist the field manager to achieve business KPIs
Skills Required
- Experience in sales/contract management
- Computer literate including MS Office and able to produce reports and audits
- Works well in a team
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to foster group ethos and collaborative working between group divisions
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure all sensitive data is managed securely and in accordance with GDPR regulations
- Ability to prepare weekly sales reports as instructed by the Sales Manager
