Morson Talent are working with a market leader within the Payroll & Umbrella services sector who are looking to recruit a Key Account Executive to join their Sales team in Manchester. As the Key Account Executive you will work closely with the Key Account Director in managing and maintaining a portfolio of Recruitment Agency Accounts whilst developing and growing your relationships with existing and new stakeholders. This is very much a proactive role with opportunities for progression, there may be occasional travel to visit key clients.
This role pays a base salary of £30,000 with an ATE of £45,000
Responsibilities:
- Increase the number of referring consultants and enquiries within the patch
- Along with the KAD, act as a main point of contact for clients and their needs
- Work alongside the Key Account Advisor (KAA) to address and resolve agency queries
- Follow up with all consultants in the patch regularly to ensure their needs are being met and to identify opportunities
- Support KAD in achieving objectives outlined by the Sales Director
- Action cross sell opportunities identified by KAD
- To maintain a record of existing accounts, record account/consultant profile information/ activity and competitor insight on the Sales CRM
- Account map every account to identify key stakeholders within each
- Support the KAD with consultant legislation/ Umbrella training where necessary
- Attend face to face agency visits, and some hospitality where required
- Provide support to KAD with agency merchandise and hospitality requirements
- Complete all commercial request forms required for the patch
- Work alongside marketing to produce agency specific documents where required
- To work alongside KAD to raise PS's online social media profile
Role Criteria & Experience
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in the Umbrella or recruitment industry
- To have worked in a similar role where the expectations split between sales and support
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Experience in exceeding call targets of 50+ per day
- Superior organisational skills, with ability to work independently with minimal support
- Previous experience collaborating
- Experience in working with and maximising usage of internal systems and Sales CRM system
- Proficient in Microsoft office
