What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing and developing relationships with key clients to understand their hiring needs
- Working closely with the internal teams to deliver quality results
- Identifying opportunities to expand accounts and grow business
- Acting as the main point of contact for client accounts, ensuring a seamless experience
- Providing expert advice on market trends and availability
- Negotiating terms, contracts, and service agreements to maximise business opportunities
- Managing client services from initial engagement to completion
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong account management or client relationship experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Office 365
- Ambition, motivation, and a drive to succeed
