Hartmann Young are partnered with a rapidly growing Biotech business that have developed a multi-modal SaaS to better drug development and diagnostic data driven decision-making. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Manager to lead the sales efforts and drive revenue growth for the platform with a focus on large accounts.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS sales, with a deep understanding of the complexities of selling software solutions in a competitive market.Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product roadmap and sales strategy.Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both parties.Requirements:Proven track record of success in SaaS sales within healthcare, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior sales role.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.Deep understanding of data analytics, SaaS business models, and the healthcare/biomedical industry preferred.Minimum Bachelors in Life Science related degree/ Masters, PhD preferred.If you would like to be part of a cutting-edge team that is revolutionising the way data is managed and analysed in the modern business landscape, please reach out to me directly at: #####.
