From here, CHERRY is managing international expansion with subsidiaries in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, France and the USA. Due to our dynamic growth of our company, we are looking for our Peripherals and Gaming business unit a UK Key Account Manager (m/f/d).Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with key B2B and retail customers in the UK, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing sales opportunities.Identify new business opportunities and proactively approach potential B2B and retail customers to increase sales.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules with key B2B and retail customers.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and any issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner.Monitor and analyze B2B and retail market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and support business growth.Prepare regular sales forecasts and account plans for key B2B and retail customers, and monitor performance against plan.Plan and execute sales campaigns to achieve customer acquisition and revenue targets for both B2B and retail customers.Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network with potential B2B customers and maintain visibility of Cherry’s products and services.Provide regular customer feedback to the product development team to ensure Cherry’s products and services meet the needs of both B2B and retail customers.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing key B2B and retail customer relationships and increasing sales.Strong knowledge of the UK B2B and retail markets, including customer needs and market trends.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals with B2B and retail customers.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.This is a full-time position, with a competitive salary and benefits package.
