A day in the life of a Key Account Manager
Create and maintain relationships with high profile household name brands.
Proactively manage your book of business to ensure satisfied clients and industry leading service.
Identify opportunities to grow your accounts with additional features or sister companies.
Reintroduce our services to former clients and win them back.
Attend quarterly on-site visits and meetings to foster close relationships.
Contribute to an industry leading product by translating client feedback into new features.
