We have a fantastic opportunity with a market-leading manufacturer of bathroom products. This National Account Manager role is due to succession planning. Ideally, we are looking for someone situated in the North West / Yorkshire area, saying that would consider someone North of the Midlands.





COMPANY: They are an ambitious, growing entrepreneurial business. The Group turns over �56m and has impressive growth plans over the next 3 years, looking to achieve �85m! They are an OEM specialising in the bathroom and kitchen furniture industry, with a bias on bathroom products. They have a state-of-the-art manufacturing and distribution facility in GB.



THE JOB: We are looking for a commercially focused Key Account Manager. This role will manage approximately 20 accounts, which generate �20m in revenue alone. The split would be very much account management; 75% of your time will be spent developing and growing these accounts and adding value, whilst the other 25% will be spent looking to develop and win 1 or 2 new National clients annually.



You will be dealing with the supply chain teams, category managers and buyers in these accounts to see what else you can support them with. You'll look for new trends and NPD to keep ahead of the competitors.�Most of the client base is in the north of the country with a handful of exceptions, so you will have National travel, attending meetings, exhibitions, and events and working out of the office as and when in the North.

THE PERSON: We are looking for someone who has previous knowledge and experience within the bathroom or KBB industry in a similar sales-driven role, ideally managing Key Accounts, or you could be in a Business Development, Area or Regional Sales Manager role looking to move more into a strategic account role. �We are very much open to the individual. Some transferable skills we are looking for in this person are ambition, adaptability and resilience



Interviews will be from WC 15th July



The package will be �competitive, DOE with a Hybrid car and bonus structure.
