This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by managing strategic accounts and fostering valuable partnerships.About the Role:As a Key Account Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:Via new business and strategic Account development; identify, qualify and prospect new market of supply for the full range of my clients and their partners products.The role requires daily collaboration across all levels within the business and my clients customers/partners, with the ability to deal across all stakeholders, from cleaning machine operators thorough senior managers.This role may require attendance at key customer review meetings from a sales and service viewpoint.Decisions made in this role will have significant impact of my clients standing within this market.Operates within agreed business / strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities:Offer ‘leading by example’ leadership to the business, ensuring we are operating to the highest professional and ethical standards at all times, focusing on the development of customer centricity to ensure customer satisfaction.Working with the aftersales management team, identify opportunities for increasing revenue and profitability within the account portfolio for both sales and service divisions.To develop an in-depth understanding of the clients business, both current business needs as well as future trends and ensure my clients products are their to meet customer needs.Proactively identify and develop total solutions for currently un-recognised needs within strategic accounts.Stay up to day with the market and competitor developments, ensuring senior management are briefed.Ensure resources are used effectively to achieve multi-level account contact in conjunction with UK Sales Director.Develop and implement marketing strategic for strategic customers.Working across functions within the business to ensure revenue is maximised and continuous improvement.Measure and monitor improvement and growth in collaboration with the UK Sales Director.Personal Profile:2-5 years in a New Business Development / Key Account Manager role.National role exposureExperience of dealing with senior stakeholdersPackage:Basic salary £45k-£50kBonus: Upto 30%Company CarPhone, LaptopFuel Card25 days holiday, bank holidays and additional ‘birthday day’ to be taken in your birthday week.Well being programmeMatched pension of 5%Private medical insurance
