A leading Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider in West Sussex / Surrey is looking for an experienced (mid-to-senior) level Key Account Manager to deliver outstanding service, growth and results. The role will report directly to Global Sales Director and will have the following key responsibilities:




  • Achieve sales target and margins

  • Develop new prospect accounts and programmes / projects

  • Active account management

  • Account plans

  • Achieve targeted growth within accounts managed

  • Management of enquiries, quotes and conversions

  • Management of orders and forecasts

  • Interface with planning, materials & operations

  • Interface with all other functions

  • Effective NPI from prototype, ramp to full-production

  • Create and manage customer dashboards

  • QBR & Customer meetings

  • Active management and presentations of all customer KPI’s



Key Skills:




  • Technical understanding of electronic products / industry

  • Commercial awareness, sales, margins, P&L, account & customer management

  • Knowledge of systems & processes

  • Leadership of cross functional teams



Key Relationships:




  • Customer representatives in all areas

  • Programme Managers and Sales Team

  • All internal departments, particularly Planning, Purchasing, Engineering (NPI), Operations and Quality.
