Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to analyse client needs and develop tailored solutions. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding relationships with the clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.



Duties




  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for growth.

  • Analyse client data and feedback to understand their needs and propose effective solutions.

  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients

  • Conduct outbound calls to existing customers (suspects) to identify opportunities and offer a premium service.

  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and convert them into viable sales opportunities.

  • Travel to client meetings and occasional site visits.

Job Type: Full-time



Pay: �35,000.00-�40,000.00 per year
