Working Hours:



Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week

(Some evening/weekend work may be required for events and training days)

Job Description:



As Key Account Manager, you’ll take the lead in growing sales and brand presence across your assigned territory. This is a strategic, field-based role where you'll engage directly with installers, merchants, specifiers, and developers. You’ll promote innovative renewable energy systems, especially heat pumps, while delivering professional support, training events, and technical guidance. Your primary focus will be building long-term relationships and ensuring customers understand the full value of the company's product portfolio.



You’ll report to the Commercial Director and play a key part in delivering monthly performance reports, maintaining CRM records, and managing your own corporate hospitality budget. A proactive and commercially astute approach will help you succeed in this high-impact Key Account Manager role.



Skills & Experience:



Essential:




  • 5+ years in a field sales role, ideally in heating, renewables or plumbing sectors

  • Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales targets

  • Confident delivering presentations and technical solutions

  • Experience working with social housing, new build, or eco-funded projects

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Strong CRM and Office 365 skills

  • Highly self-motivated, well-organised, and a natural relationship builder



Desirable:




  • Existing contacts in the renewable energy or housing development sectors

  • Knowledge of building legislation affecting social housing

  • Experience with heat pump technologies
