Key Stage 1 Teacher (Part Time, Temporary)

£600 - £1190 per week (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

The School and Role

On behalf of a school in Sunderland, Vision for Education are seeking to appoint a Key Stage 1 Teacher. The KS1 Teacher will be working in a Year 2 class, sharing all of the responsibilities of the class teacher with the partner teacher and would be working 2.5 days per week. This school was rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted and boasts a supportive senior leadership team working alongside staff and students.

Requirements:

The desired Teaching Assistant will have;

• Experience of working with primary school aged children
• Experience of working with pupils with SEND
• A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
• An ability to work as part of a team
• Experience of teaching phonics.
