Monarch Education are recruiting for a teacher to work in the Birmingham area. You will be working with a great school with great facilities and support. We are on the search for someone who is qualified and comfortable to teach KS2 but is also confident to plan and teach lessons to groups of children, starting September

Job description:

\n

\n
• Delivering exceptional teaching and learning experiences to KS2 students.
\n
• be approachable, supportive, understanding and prioritise the wellbeing of the students.
\n
• Inspire, challenge and motivate the children, staff, managers and parents
\n
• Have the passion to promote a supportive, secure and happy environment for all.
\n
• Plan effective lessons that promote high quality teaching.
\n

\n

Ideal candidate:

\n

\n
• Previous experience in teaching KS2 or KS1…
\n
• Teaching degree (QTS) is required.
\n
• Patience, empathy, and understanding to support students who are struggling.
\n
• Experience working with young children in a classroom or a similar setting.
\n
