Key Stage 2 Teacher

Flourish Education is currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher to join a thriving, Ofsted-rated "GOOD" First School on the outskirts of Bromsgrove.

The school is seeking a Key Stage 2 Teacher to deliver engaging lessons across the National Curriculum while ensuring high standards of teaching and excellent behaviour management.

Whether you're an experienced Primary Teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact in a supportive school environment. The position is available for immediate start.

As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, your duties will include:

Full class responsibilities, including planning and marking

Delivering high-quality teaching across the National Curriculum for Lower Key Stage 2 (KS2)

Ensuring excellent behaviour management and creating a positive learning environment

Providing pastoral care and support to students

Communicating effectively with parents and staff about student progress

Required Skills and Experience

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (KS2)

Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Early Career Teacher (ECT) applications are welcome

A passion for primary education and supporting the development of young learners

Working as a Key Stage 2 Teacher for Flourish Education also offers you excellent benefits, including:

£154 to £211 a day, equating to £30,030 to £41,145 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year
