KS2 Teaching Assistant (Full time, Temporary)

£415 - £435 per week (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

The School and Role

This ‘Good’ primary school, based in Sunderland are looking to appoint an excellent Teaching Assistant to work across Key Stage 2. This role would be providing both general support and delivering interventions for both Maths and English to help child catch up and boost progress in their core subjects. This school has recently developed their outdoor forest school area and tries to embed this into the children’s curriculum wherever possible.

Requirements:

The desired Teaching Assistant will have;

• Experience of working with primary school aged children
• Experience of working with pupils with SEND.
• A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
• An ability to work as part of a team.
