Randstad Education is working with a leading childcare provider in Bognor Regis to recruit dedicated and compassionate Keyworkers to support children aged 0-3 years.

About the Role:

• Schedule: Part-time, term-time + 50.3 weeks per year
  
  
  
  • Wednesday afternoons (until 6 PM)
  • Full days on Thursday & Friday (approx. 8 AM - 5 PM)
• Contract: Temp to perm
• Salary: NJC Grade 6 (£13.69 per hour)
• Impact: Create a nurturing environment that fosters children's growth and development.
• Keyworker Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with a small group of children, providing individualized care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and facilitate engaging activities that promote learning and development.
• Ensure a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment for young children.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a consistent and nurturing approach to care.
• Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress.

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with young children.<#####ata-start="#####" data-end="1477">A genuine passion for early childhood development.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Understanding of safeguarding procedures and child development principles.<#####
