Make a Difference: Keyworker Roles for 0-3 Year Olds in Bognor Regis

Randstad Education is partnering with a leading childcare provider in the Bognor Regis area to find dedicated and compassionate Keyworkers to support children aged 0-3 years old.
About the Role:

• Part-Time, Term-Time + 50.3 Weeks per Year: Wednesday afternoon (until 6pm), all day Thursday (approx 8am-5pm), and the same on Friday.
• Salary: NJC Grade 6 (£13.69 per hour)
• Make a Difference: Create a positive and nurturing environment for children, supporting their growth and development.
• Be a Keyworker: Develop a strong relationship with a small group of children, providing individualized care and support.

What You'll Do:
* Plan and deliver engaging activities that support the children's learning and development.
* Create a safe and stimulating environment where children can explore and learn.
* Work closely with colleagues to ensure a consistent and nurturing approach to care.
* Communicate effectively with parents and share information about each child's progress.
What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with young children.
• A genuine passion for supporting early childhood development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and child development.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
