Kitchen and Bath Designer

Our soon to open Bangor branch is looking to recruit for the following role:Kitchen and Bathroom Sales Designer This is an area with great potential for development and growth. We are looking for an experienced person to drive this area of the business forward. This is an exciting opportunity to build a career with the largest independent builders’ merchant in the UK. Working in our showroom in Bangor, you will bring a passion for design and customer service. This role is 40 hours a week across 5 days (Sunday-Thursday) and there is a requirement to work every Sunday (10am-4pm). A driving licence is preferred.Duties and ResponsibilitiesGuide customers through the full kitchen & bathroom design and sales processListen to customer needs and ensure their requirements are metIdentify and recommend products best suited to customer needsEnsure customer satisfaction Pro-actively generate new businessProvide excellent customer service.Qualifications and SkillsPrevious experience working in a similar role is essentialSound knowledge of kitchen and bathroom productsExperience using 20-20 Fusion planning software or similar is preferredConfident dealing with customersThe ability to build great customer relationshipsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.BenefitsIn return, you can be a part of the UK’s largest independent Builders Merchant and winner of many industry awards.
