Kitchen and Bathroom Fitter

I'm looking for Kitchen and Bathroom Fitters for a property maintenance contract working within social housing properties in Birmingham and Coventry.
The duties of the Kitchen and Bathroom Fitter will include:

• Patch plastering
• Splashback Tiling
• Installation of sinks
• Installations of kitchen units and work tops
• Installation of Baths and Showers
• there is no ripping out, flooring or decorating to be done, this will be done for you

Ideally I'm looking for Kitchen and Bathroom Fitters that have:

• Experience working in social housing
• Their own tools
• Full UK driving licence and their own transport large enough to carry materials

And in return, the Kitchen and Bathroom Fitter will receive:

• �20-22 an hour
• Mileage Expenses
• 40 hours per week on a long term contract
