Jaden and the team at the City Arms are looking to recruit an experienced Kitchen Manager to take the lead in this soon-to-be-refurbished business, that will be the talk of the town.
You'll not only be preparing and cooking dishes from the main menu but also dishes from our very successful Dark Kitchen menus that run alongside.
At the City Arms, we pride ourselves on being individually crafted and hero great experiences at any time of the day or night. We tailor to our diverse range of guests, and our teams create the perfect place to socialise with friends, whether that be for Bottomless Brunch, an evening meal, a bite to eat whilst watching the sport or to join us for a great night out.

Minimum of 1-year supervisory experience(Ideally as a Kitchen Manager)
Good working knowledge of food safety best practicesand legislation
Must be able to lead from the front and set the standard for the team
The ability to support, coach, and mentor your team
An up-to-date COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal knowledge
As Kitchen Manager we would ideally want you to develop on a personal level whilst also propelling the brigade forward
