Are you a passionate, hands-on leader with a love for food and the ability for managing a fast-paced kitchen environment? Were looking for a Kitchen Manager to join our team!
*This role is a temporary fixed term contract of 4 months, with the possibility to extend.
Responsibilities :
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service.
Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff, ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently and maintains consistency.
Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory to minimize waste.
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service and communication.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health and safety standards.
Making the rota for the kitchen team
Placing and processing stock orders
Requirements :
Experience in a Kitchen Manager or similar role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Knowledge of kitchen operations, including ordering and stock management.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
A passion for delivering high-quality food and service.
