Kitchen Porter - London - Full time permanent position.

Juice Hospitality are recruiting for a permanent full time Kitchen Porter to join the team at a very busy catering school in central London.

\n

Role Responsibilities include:

\n

\n
• Maintain and implementcleanliness of the kitchen areas, helping guests with requirements,products and ingredients.
\n
• Helping prepare workstations withingredients and clean downs.
\n
• Work closely with the Back of House manager to deliver the daily cleaning requirements
\n
• Operate the waste systems, handle rubbish
\n
• Deliver cleaning schedule requirements as instructed by the back of house manager/supervisor across all food prep areas
\n

Our ideal candidate:

• High standards of cleanliness
\n
• Basic food hygiene although training can be given
\n
• Previous experience of working in a kitchen environment desirable
\n
• Experience of manual lifting
\n
• Excellent communication skills
\n
• The hours of this role are Tuesday - Saturday - (1400 - 2200) 40 hours per week with extra hours paid at 8.80 per hour.
