Salary: £11.44 per hour

About the role:

ANTI SLIP or SLIP RESISTANT SHOES/SAFETY SHOES MUST BE WORN

As the Kitchen Porter your responsibilities will include:

Wash crockery, pots, pans & kitchen utensils
Daily clean of kitchen areas and keeping refrigeration, freezers and stores clean
Checking and putting deliveries away and reporting any shortages
Assisting with some food preparation when necessary
Correct storage of food items and equipment after service
Maintain personal hygiene, appearance and uniform to company regulations at all times
Report failing equipment to the Head ChefAbout you:

Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen as a kitchen porter
Be punctual, hard working and flexible
A good knowledge of Food HygieneThis is a very busy high volume kitchen and it is important that applicants are aware of this prior to application.
