The Role
As a KS1 and KS2 Teacher you will have the chance to inspire and shape the minds of young learners, creating exciting and creative lessons that spark curiosity and a lifelong love for learning.
You’ll have the freedom to bring your innovative ideas to the classroom, supported by a team of dedicated staff who share your passion for education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspiring Lessons: Design and deliver engaging, interactive lessons that make learning fun and memorable. Your creativity will help spark enthusiasm and motivation in your students.
- Individualized Learning: Support each child’s learning journey by tailoring lessons to meet their individual needs, ensuring all students – regardless of ability – can achieve their full potential.
- Fostering a Positive Classroom: Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe, valued, and excited to learn.
- Building Relationships: Work closely with students, their families, and your colleagues to create a sense of community, collaboration, and trust that enriches the learning experience.
- Continuous Development: Engage in professional development to keep up to date with new educational practices and tools, helping you grow as an educator and improve your impact.
What We Are Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): You must hold QTS and have a passion for working with children at either KS1 or KS2.
- Creative & Engaging: You should bring creativity, enthusiasm, and a love for learning to every lesson, creating an environment where students can thrive.
- Collaboration: You’ll work alongside other talented teachers and staff, sharing ideas, strategies, and experiences to continually improve and provide the best education for our children.
- Commitment to Inclusion: You’ll be dedicated to meeting the diverse needs of all students, from SEN to more advanced learners, creating a truly inclusive classroom where every child is celebrated.
